Dr. Britt is a great doctor, always makes me feel at ease and listens to what I have to say. However, the rest of the staff is quite rude and none are willing to listen or help with anything. This does not include the doctors, just the receptionists, phlebotomists, etc. it doesn't matter if it about an appointment or a basic, general question. We are actually looking at changing doctors becase of them.

There was no annoying music playing while I waited or during my visit. I appreciated that they didn't have that typical elevator music on. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. This provider has very little helpful information available online, and what they do have is hard to find. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. Dr. Britt takes time to listen to what is going on before he takes steps to treat the issues.
