I've managed many complex medical conditions and procedures, including dental root canals, and know first-hand there are inherent risks and potentially undesirable outcomes associated with any treatments. When the result of my root-canal went awry, I asked the treating endodontist a few discerning questions and feel that I experienced insincere, egregious, and serious underhanded behavior that also included blame-shifting, psychological projection, insidious gas-lighting, and bullying/mobbing on multiple occasions from this office. Every attempt that I made, in good faith, to reasonably communicate seemed to only further perpetuate and add more layers to the deception and hostility that I perceived to encounter. Even more reprehensible was the shameful disrespect of the memory of one of our proud U.S. veterans that I believe resulted from the fallout. I find this frightful, deplorable and twisted conduct unworthy of any human being not to mention healthcare professional.
On a lighter note, my experience provided many laughs and holiday entertainment as I was referred to this office by a relative. I am reminded by family of our relative's poor judgement and even, regrettably, ignored well-intended advice from other dental professionals. Sadly, I still fail to embrace the humor as the story reflects the tragedy of the human condition and its destructive possibilities. In my view, using this office for even a one-time root-canal procedure poses significant risk on multiple fronts.
This was my first visit; referred for root canal. I felt like I was in a spa! The office is warm and soothing, personnel are friendly and knowledgable. Everything was explained as it was done. Then I met the doctor. He was super nice and also explained everything as he went. He answered all my questions in terms I could understand. The procedure was done without needles and went smoothly. I was very impressed. And they called me the next day to see how I was doingl Will definitely be recommending them
I was in search for a Dr to do my first root canal and was referred to Dr. Goldberg by an oral surgeon. Not knowing what to expect I went in for a consultation. Dr. Goldberg was very pleasant, friendly and very knowledgeable.I immediately felt very comfortable as he spent time talking to me and getting to know me. After seeing my ex-rays he explained what he wanted to do right away that day. He talked me through the whole procedure which put me at ease. Bottom line: He is very good at what he does, I felt no pain, He is a very nice, caring Dr.!
