The hygienist was nice but we had major issues twice. The first time I had a root canal and they quoted the price for the root canal and the post but when they did it they also put a filling on it. When I went to check out and pay it was a lot more than I was told. When I asked why I was told they did something that they had not discussed with me or asked me if I was OK to have it done. This second time I took my kids in for a cleaning and after it was done was told they didn't check ins to make sure it was covered before we came. This is something every dentist I have ever heard of does. we used to have 2 ins and now we have only one and they don't take the one we have so I now am told I owe $400 FOR 2 CHILD CLEANINGS. This is such crap!!!! I asked why they didn't do a determination of benefits and I was told "That isn't our job it's the patients responsibility."

I like this place a lot. The entire staff is super friendly and helpful, and the cleanings and minor repairs I've had done were totally painless. Oh, they also are pretty good about taking you on time for your appointment; I was actually taken back early during my last visit!
