This person should not be a family practitioner. They are so rude and unfriendly-I will not be returning! I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed.
Wait time is horrible, staff is rude.

My sisters and I have been seeing Dr. Neil for years. She is absolutely wonderful and so is her staff. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. You may have to wait quite a while to see her when you go there but it is worth the wait because she spends as much time with you as you need. She explaiins everything in normal terms so you understand her and she never looks down on anyone....a very sweet person too! She is also a wonderful doctor. Often times, I have had issues that specialist couldn't figure out but she could. She is very knowledgable (sp). I feel very secure and comfortable there.... I would trust her with my life and any fears I may have.

I have a complicated yet average medical history for an American. I have hypertension, obesity, history of heart disease, Poly cystic ovarian syndrome and lest we forget diabetes.

For years (nine to be exact) Ive struggled with multiple symptoms and side effects of declining health, shockinly in my thirties. I was a resident of Maryland for 15 years, I have had access to first class physicians and hospitals. I have been treated by the same family physician practice while living in Maryland. Also I had a endocronolgist, cardiologist and multiple nephrologists (also a kidney biopsy and treatment by staff physicians at Johns Hopkins).

I saw Dr Neil shortly after relocating here to Lexington, she had been my mothers physician for as long as I could remember, (my mother is 70 very active, works and extremely healthy)
Dr Neils support staff was very attentive and nurses dilligent in acquiring my concearns.
Dr Neil, Saved my life by diagnosing my disorder, revesed the damage to my kidneys and Ive lost forty pounds. I have gratitude and admiration for this physician. I thought I should share my story, if it meant choosing another doctor over DR Neil.
