Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary

No, if they had music on it was very soothing

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I was so impressed with how great they were at answering each and every question I had in-depth. They were so patient, and covered all of the bases until I had no more questions. The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance.

I have moved out of the area but I still come to this office because I like the personal care that I get from the doctor. She is very good at what she does and she does take the time to discuss what it is that is ailing you. I also like that she does know who you are when you walk into the office and that she will help you with samples of the medications until she determines that that is what she wants you to take. Thanks Dr Ebbs.
