The office staff failed to submit the insurance claim before the deadline and therefore the insurance company refused to pay. Consequently I received a letter from their office telling me they would no longer accept my insurance. I think the proper way to handle this would have been to reprimand the office staff instead of punishing the patient.

Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen!
