They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. This orthodontist had a very kid-friendly office. With everything from magazines to TV's in the waiting room to games, I would think that kids would find this a fun place to go. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.
