Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
