I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. They don't always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. The office is so busy and everything is rush rush. I brought my 3 year old son in to have a cavity filled and the morning of the procedure they completely changed the treatment plan. They wanted to file down the tooth and do a crown that was completely unnecessary. As a dental assistant I know enough to know the options and pros and cons of the treatments offered. I had to flat out refuse the crown before they would even listen to me. During the waiting, sedation, procedure and briefing of how the procedure went not once did the Dr. come talk to me. In the end the treatment I asked for worked great a crown was not needed, however my son ended up with an unpolished filling with jagged edges that he now has to have polished down at another appointment. Very disappointed with the way this office acted, the suggestion of unnecessary treatment, lack of involvement on the Dentist's part and the fact that we are now left needed extra treatment that should have been taken care of while my son was already in there and sedated.

The waiting room here is spacious. I never feel like I have to sit too close to someone or that it is overcrowded. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. I was worried that the veneers and fillings I got would fall off quickly, but they lasted exactly as long as they were supposed to. They did a good job putting them on. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
