Dr Joseph Whitehead and his dental assistant team have really went the extra mile to assist in my dental care. They do one thing most health care providers dont do anymore. They CARED. A I became a patient there after a negative experience with another local dentist. Dr Whitehead and his stacf restored my Faith in dentists.

No, this provider rarely answers questions over the phone

Not at all, they fell off almost as soon as I walked out the door
Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office?
Definitely, it was nauseating

They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional. The dentist was friendly and accommodating. I felt very welcome and comfortable the whole time. Their prices were pretty high, but I've had to spend more at other places. I had been told that they gave VA discounts, but I must have been misinformed and I ended up eating the whole bill which I thought was a bit high. The dentist was quite skilled, so I can't complain about his work. I am just a bit steamed that I was not able to qualify for any discounts. So be sure of your information before you buy!
