I went in to see Dr. Segebrecht for the first time when my physician noticed that my right eardrum had badly ruptured. Throughout all of my visits and surgeries, the staff was extremely warm and friendly. Dr. Segebrecht explained my ear issues more thoroughly than any ENT I've seen (and I've had a lifetime of ear problems). I ended up needing a pretty substantial surgery on my ear, and Dr. Segebrecht clearly walked me through every step-- why I needed it, how it would be performed, and what to expect afterward. The surgery went very well. I expected to lose some hearing in my ear but the tests showed that I did not lose any. For both personal and medical interactions, I would highly recommend him.
