I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. It takes them forever to get back to me. I never get my questions answered within a reasonable time period. I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately.

This sounds too harsh - the guy is just heavily booked.
