I feel like they go out of their way to accommodate my schedule. I always get the appointment time I want. Although I have never had much to complain about I know that they always adhere to the customer is always right policy here. They take every complaint very seriously and strive to ensure that clients leave satisfied with their visit each and every time. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed.

When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. They never have that typical, annoying music playing here. If they do play music it is soothing and appropriate for the setting. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them.
