They always dress so professionally here, the entire staff obviously makes an effort to look their best and maintain a very professional appearance. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back.

The restrooms at this office were spotless. It smelled amazing in there and looked immaculate. I was in awe at the level of service I received. They completely surpassed all my expectations and I will absolutely be going back. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me.

It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Dr. Yost is especially adept at working the athletes and sports related injuries. He truly understands the different levels of health and age and how they relate to orthopedic injuries.
