Absolutely, they were an expert!

Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.

They've never been late to any of my appointments. I've even showed up early sometimes and they've always been ready and prepared. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I trust them to only recommend dental procedures I actually need. I know they care more about my health than they do about making money.
