Not at all. They took their time and made sure I was satisfied

No, They definitely believe in quality over quantity and allow more than enough time in between appointments

Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in

Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. I was worried that they were going to wear an obnoxious cologne, because I've dealt with that at other places, but they didn't even wear cologne. It was fantastic to be able to breathe freely the entire time. It was nice of them to offer some sample toothbrushes and toothpaste for me to take home. I was able to figure out which toothpaste I liked without having to buy anything. They have some of the cleanest dental equipment I have ever seen. They make an extra effort to make sure they only use the best for their patients. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous.

Absolutely, even the bathrooms are handicap-accessible

Every single time, even if it's been months since my last appointment!!

Yes, they were informing me of new advancements that were extremely recent
