Easy to schedule appointments. Very friendly and down to earth environment. Love the high tech equipment they use compared to my old dentist. I would highly recommend this provider to everyone.

Another great visit to Dr Thomas' office! He has the best staff and of course Mr. Personality himself (Dr Thomas) always does excellent dental work whenever I need something more than the semi-annual cleanings.
He's very friendly and caring which makes his patients feel at ease. He explains dental procedures in a way the patient understands and always stands by his work!

The moment I walked in the doors at Iowa Center for Cosmetic Dentistry, I knew I had found the right place. Diane was so genuinely kind and immediately put me at ease. Dr. Thomas was thorough and thoughtful as he helped me understand what he could do for me as a Cosmetic dentist. I have never been treated with so much care and consideration. He is a true talent and an incredible human being. I would highly recommend the Center to anyone looking for a Cosmetic dentist.

Dr Phelan Thomas and Amanda Pitts (Dental Hygienist) are the most caring and competent Dental Providers that both my wife and I have ever had. We have been patients of the Iowa Center For Cosmetic Dentistry for over 2 decades. Dr Thomas has impeccable formal dental and cosmetic dentistry training credentials. Both He and Amanda have excellent communication skills and they both maintain the highest level of professionalism. These superb qualities also permeate from their front office and it is always a pleasure to call them and schedule our appointments. 10/10 = Our Highest Recommendation and Gratitude.

I having pain in a tooth that was crowned last year so I mentioned it to the dental hygienist during my cleaning. She discovered the problem by checking X-rays and informed Dr Thomas who removed a high spot on that tooth. No more pain! Great job cleaning my teeth too!

I went to IA CTR for Cosmetic Dentistry for the first time and loved it. Everyone was so nice and informative. I loved that they were all personable and had great sense of humor. I felt so comfortable going here for my first visit. I liked it so much I went directly to my old Dentist Office and transferred my records over. I look forward to Dr. Thomas working on my teeth.
