I had a lower back molar which had a long term crown on it. Sixteen months ago the tooth beneath the crown had decayed to the point there was mostly only tooth structure below the gum line. Dr. Thomas sent me to an endodontist for a root canal and later inserted posts and built up the tooth core with composite material that would hold a crown. The posts and core build up have come loose on three occasions since then and Dr.Thomas has tried different approaches for a permanent fix. This most recent visit he had spent time researching for a durable adhesive that would withstand the forces that molars are subject to and spent a considerable about of money in purchasing this bonding kit as well as the time to do the tooth repair.

This is why I consider Dr Thomas the #1 dentist in the Des Moines metro area. He doesn't give up! He keeps striving to find the solution to every challenging dental problem that he encounters.

Dr. Thomas is not only my dentist, I consider him my friend too!

I love how dr phalanx showed me how my teeth look and how I can get the work done to help improve how I can smile better if I have work done to improve the appearance and health of my teeth

Dr Thomas is quite simply the best dentist I’ve ever gone to. I’ve had several situations where I’ve needed urgent care and his staff have always accommodated me quickly. I receive the best dental care from him and his staff that I’ve ever had! I highly recommend Dr Thomas!
