Their office was very tidy and clean. They took time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. They had a few different appointment times available but none were perfect for my schedule. They didn't pressure me to buy anything I didn't need, which I really appreciated. I've been to other places that pressured me to buy stuff and it always made me very uneasy. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. I really trusted the doctor's opinion and didn't feel he was just trying to make money off my teeth

The dentist rushed through the task of drilling; he is undoubtedly highly experienced, but I felt that there would be less trauma to me and my mouth if the process were just a little more refined and gentle. The dentist seems friendly and kind beforehand but afterward was gone like a flash. The final details on my crown were not attended to; a burr still remains at the top edge. Finally, rather than take time with you to see how much novacaine is needed..he has a one size fits all approach. My mouth was dead and drooping for hours after.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were so nice and professional and even called me to remind me about my upcoming appointment. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered.

Everyone has heard my raves already about this dentist. They are so amazing, I just want the world to know! I couldn't believe how great their office looked. It was very obvious that they took pride in the office's appearance. It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. It was nice to hear how much the staff respected them. It made me that much more confident that I was under the care of a professional.
