I thought the chairs in the waiting room were about average. I didn't mind waiting in them, but they could do better. They never made any effort to follow up with me after my visit and it made me feel very unimportant. I know they see a lot of patients, but when you say you're going to follow up, you should. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
