One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. I didn't have to wait at all after I arrived for my appointment. They were running right on time, which is a really big deal for me. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen.

I didn't experience any unnecessary pain during my visit, and I was amazed at how much better I felt after I left. The waiting area here is extremely spacious. There is never overcrowding and everything is spaced appropriately. They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed.

Dr Grimes is a genuinely caring doctor that listens to my concerns and provides me with information and solutions to the problems that my children and I encounter. My children are 2 and 3 and just love him and I feel very comfortable with him being their physician. His nursing staff is also very caring and makes difficult moments like shots so much easier.

I never had to doubt their qualifications. They made their credentials completely obvious, which made me feel a lot safer. They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
