They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. When the nurses return phone calls it is very late in the day and I couldn't return a missed call. It was too late, like they called me and immediately left the building. The nurses(not Barb) seem impatient , like I'm bothering them when on the phone, when I'm trying to aquire my monthly refiils. Drs. care and attitude is awesome.
