I highly recommend Dr. Burt. I value his input and trust his opinion. An excellent choice for an all-around family doctor, but especially helpful with thyroid disorders. They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. They have a very good professional reputation. I know that I'm under the care of an expert.

They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. When I arrived for my appointment the friendly staff seemed to be waiting for me. I've been to other places where I had to wait forever after I arrived for my appointment, but not here. I was very impressed. I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional.
