Their office was the absolute perfect temperature. It was so nice to be able to get out of the weather outside and sit in a relaxing, comfortable office. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They were late a few times to my appointments. I wish they had made more of an effort to be on time. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places.

Not at all, it was very peaceful and quiet

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. she told me to wait tell the end of september for a opening.im diabetic, have arthritis ,legally blind,having trouble with nausea and vomiting today, i had a low grade fever i didnt want to run up the time of the er so i tried to get a appt.
