The office staff are always very friendly especially Pam. The office is clean and well organized. I was extremely satisfied with my visit. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. They've never rushed my teeth cleaning. They always go above and beyond to make sure my teeth look and feel fantastic. Not only did they give me a local anesthetic to make sure I didn't feel any pain during my procedure, they paused every few minutes to make sure I was still comfortable and okay. I felt like they really cared about me.

Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me. I had to have a root canal done and was in serious pain and they did not try to get me in early. They wanted to me wait over a month before they could see me again, however, I insisted and they finally relented to get me in. However, it was almost two weeks. The office is dirty and dusty. Boy, it seriously needs cleaning. The hygenists were nice. However, Dr. Ho was not friendly at all as well as the other dentists. Do not patronize his practice. Stay away!
