They were so nice and gave me a huge selection of toothbrushes and toothpastes to choose from after my appointment. They really make an extra effort to make their patients feel special. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice.

No, there was no annoying music

Yes, they gave me one when I asked

I was left alone for a while, but it wasn't too long

No, putting customers first doesn't really seem to be a priority to them

They were average

He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

I called twice over the next month to get the prices for my son's next 2 appointments. One was $309 and the next would be $89. Now I took college algebra but even a grade schooler knows that the sum is $398. So we went to the office. AFTER his 3 fillings and sealants for those 3 teeth, AND my son requested no anesthesia, (he hates needles) the full price was $459. Why the extra $61 I asked? They had no explanation at all. So we won't be going back.
