Mary Susan always been kind and considerate to me . She saved my vocal cord one year and I made her a desk set out of plastic canvas for her kind and excellate care . Mary if you see this or one of your nurses see this . please call me . I have a Christmas gift for you to match your desk outfit . I'm not doing very well , and before something happens to me I want you to have it . I don't look at my e-mail very often , so please call .

Staff was very, very nice. Dr. Pruzinsky was very short and seemed to be annoyed that my daughter was uncomfortable. Did answer some questions, but was quick to send us out the door and schedule surgery, therefore questions were not answered.

She scores very low in patient relations. She displayed weight-bias against me the minute she walked into the room. And continued to harp on subject even after I told her she was upsetting me and to stop and tend to the reason I was there! Her report to my primary care doctor didn't address the reason he sent me to her!!!! NEVER send anyone I know to her!
