Dr. Conti has always been more than accomodating for me and my friends that are also patients. One example I can recall was a time Iwhen I was the very last appointment of the day and was running 15 minutes late. I called to inform the front desk I was running late and even though I showed up after hours, Dr. Conti was very kind and patient and did her job like she would any other time of the day. Whereas, I have been to other doctors who have asked me to reschedule when I called in late as the last appointment. The staff is extremely friendly, and always have a smile when they greet me. I have enjoyed every visit and look forward to going back to Dr. Conti to finish my treatment to getting a perfect smile!

Absolutely, It is the safest neighborhood around

Not really, I've never seen them go above and beyond
Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered?
Yes, I was greeted when I walked in
Does this provider remember you and your circumstances at every appointment?
No. I have to re-explain my circumstances every time
Was there annoying music playing while you waited or during your visit?
No, if they had music on it was very soothing

The office manager advised me that they didn't have information on my daughter's treatment plan (that only the doctor did) and that the doctor didn't take phone calls. Really?!?!?!?
