Staff did work me when I called needing to see a dentist. That was good after that everything else went down hill after that. The Dr. came in with his friendly charm and fast talking. I went to see him for 1 toothache. They convinced me to get a full mouth x-ray for future problems vs just getting a 1 tooth x-ray which was fine bc I thought that would be my dentist from there on out. So I paid $169 cash for x-ray and antibiotic and a 1 week f/u appointment. At that visit I discussed getting dental insurance and I was advised NOT to bc they don't pay. Returned in a week with tooth pain still and the dentist discussed deep cleaning with me and several other that things that I took as was ALL included in the $414 cash price. I got the top deep cleaned and I paid $207 cash and left with the same tooth aching I went in with the week prior. The following week I got the bottom deep cleaned and at check out I assumed the $207 from the previous week covered the cleaning bc that's what I was told and a coworker witnessed me being told that yet they asked for another $207 cash! in a matter of 3 weeks I had paid $583 and STILL had an aching tooth! He persistently advised me not to get dental insurance! All bc he wanted to collect CASH! I left his office and swore I would NEVER return. Low and behold I found out I had dental insurance for 2 years and now I'm waiting on a refund! Go to Fulp Dentistry they are great and have no hidden fees!

I can't speak highly enough about Dr. Cawley and his staff. I must live in a different plane then the other folks. He has worked with us financially. He has done a wonder to restore my faith in doctors.

This Dental office was able to take x-rays, repeatedly and charged me every time. Not a very convenient use of time or money as the patient! Usually this Dental Care provider tries to fit me in fairly soon if I have an emergency, however, I was always made to have 2 appointments and charged for two appointments when all I needed was one. There sure wasn't any help at the reception desk as everything had to go through Dr. Cawley only. Their staff is among the most friendly but their turnover was terrible. They didn't tell me anything about my treatment options and the charges were much to high. I left feeling very confused and frustrated and even worse, I was very uncomfortable with Dr. Cawley.

No, If I had known how terrible they were I never would have gone.

No, I left confused and frustrated

Definitely not. They seem to care more about themselves

This is the worst dental practice I have ever been too. Buddy will tell you what you want to hear, but sic his manager on you for payment of services you didn't get or request. He has been sued by employees for sexual harassment and lost. His practices are sloppy and he screwed up my mouth badly. I would never advise anyone to go there.
