Went to Cliff Johnson, D.M.D. for a consultation regarding some intermittant pain my dentist couldn't relate where the pain was coming from so he sent me to Johnson. I was trying to be proactive because I was having a crown put on and didn't want to have to have it redone if the pain was coming from that tooth. He performed a root canal on me without listening to me and my concerns. And yes, it appears that he did the root canal on the wrong tooth as the pain is still there. So $1200 later, I still have the intermittant pain. I felt like I was on a assembly line and I was the next person up and he was going to make that $1200 one way or another. Then.. after that was all said and done... My insuance left a $55 balance and they sent me to collections for it. Never sent a bill, I just received a call from the collections agency. But I guess what do you expect from an office that treats you as a number, not a person and puts you on the assembly line for the next $1200 to put in your pocket for a half hour of work...
