I am very disappointed as a new patient. I was told to sit in an office after my examination and that the dentist would be in to tell me the results from the examination. After 10 -15 min., I was then told the dentist was busy and that someone would call me that day or the next to discuss the findings. No one ever did. I even took into consideration that Thanksgiving was in the midst of it all so I gave extra days to see if i would get a return call...NO, it has been 10 days so I decided to call and got a Marika on the phone that was rude and told me, their manager was on leave, when I told her that's not my problem all I want is to know why no one had called me back and if anything was put in for future approval for what was found from the examination, she said she didn't know, and its not all about you." if its not all about me and I am coming for service then who is it about? I am the patient, a new one at that. I will not be going back there!

Too one sided. The view of the patient is more synonymous with what the insurer can pay.

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Extremely comfortable; I could have fallen asleep

There is no comparison!

Very! I've never seen an employer treat their staff better

I was very satisfied with Burlin Dental until I had to wait 35 minutes for my scheduled app. After I was called, I was seen by the hygienist for a follow-up, which took about 15 minutes. I was then told I would be seen by the dentist in 10 minutes. Ten minutes however turned into 40 minutes, afterwhich I proceeded to go to the front desk to announce that I was leaving and that I felt my time wasn't being valued. The receptionist was very apologetic and noted that they were short staffed. A staff member approached me and asked if I was leaving and I replied, yes. She in turn placed my file and some other paperwork on the counter and turned around and left. I was so annoyed. I phoned a few days later to speak to the office manager and to express my concern to only to get their voicemail. I left a detailed message and received a call back from the office manager 2 days later. He was very apologetic and validated my concern. He then went on to say that he would share our conversation with Dr. Jackson and Dr. Jackson would be calling me. Well its been a week and I'm still waiting for Dr. Jackson to phone me. I valued Burlin Dental's time by being on time for my appointment but I wasn't given the same courtesy. For me this is a matter of customer service and if I am to pay for a service that lacks this very important element...I move on. I have found another dentist.

Definitely not, I wasn't given information until long after my procedure had been finished

No, they could have used some continuing education

They examined them, but not very thoroughly
