I was disappointed that their staff, one assistant, didn't seem to respect my concern very much. .My family has had a problem with metal and having allergic reactions to alot of them, me personally with metal in my mouth. When I expressed this to the assistant, and my concern with my 5 year old needing a first filling, she was short tempered and became very rude. She then stated if that were the case I would not be able to wear jewlery or belts. I then informed her she is correct and it sticks! It has not been a fun allergy to deal with. Very unprofessional! I tried to switch then to McDonough location but was told that the exam was in Stockbridge so I would need to have it taken care of there. So I will, but I will switch locations after this.

When comparing them to others I have visited for the same condition, they are among the best I have seen. I really appreciated that they let me rinse every so often during my dental procedure. I've been to other dentists that never let me rinse and its awful. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. They are always very careful and gentle. I got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience.

They try not to, but sometimes it happens.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
