They were not overbooked ever when I visited them; however, they do not seem to care about calling you back and following up with you about future appointments to ensure your dental health. That part is totally left up to you. You book your appointment, they treat you, you call back when you are ready to return. No follow up at all. Customer service is the minimum, no more, no less, but not rude.

I wonder sometimes about the assistants..they seem nervous..
