The hygienist did clean my teeth fair enough and she was friendly and willing to answer any questions I had. I had a lot of questions about braces and if I could get fitted for a retainer. Also, I had a few cavities and wanted to see if I need a root canal and if I need to have my wisdom teeth removed. The hygienist could not answer the above questions an assured the dentist would be in to answer any questions I had. When the dentist arrived he did not acknowledge me just did a quick look inside my mouth and was out the room before I could blink twice. The hygienist knew I had a few questions answered and apologized but never tried to get the dentist so I could ask him the steps I need to take. I would not recommend this dentist to anyone I was actually discouraged my parents to visit the dentistry. I went ahead with the appointment because they had such good rates on tooth whitening ( which I did not get done, another question that went unanswered). Horrible experience.

Not at all, they had plenty of staff members to help me whenever I needed assistance
