I was rescheduled from my first appointment to get a tooth removed, then had to wait 2 hours past my appointment hour before I was actually taken back. I understand that during surgery sometimes things happen, but as a business they should have scheduled their appointments in a manner that would not have patients waiting all day! Will never go back again.

My wife was referred here with an abcess and we were happy to find someone so close to the referrer. Her face was completely swollen on one side and had been taking antibiotics with no effect. These guys said it would cost $1500.00 to take out the offending tooth and drain the abcess. Since we had no insurance and they would not accept any payment options, install payments or personal check, they basically told us we were "out of luck" and left us to wonder if the infection would spread and cause ireperrable damage or even death. Is this what the hippocratic oath has come to, of does it only apply to physicians? First two reviews sound awfully the same as well. Makes you wonder.

They didn't give me advice that would benefit me at all. They only cared about what would make them the most money. They seemed to drool whenever a person with GulfStream Insurance came in the door. Every person I knew coming in for consultation were told they should have wisdom teeth removed. I had no problem at all with my wisdom teeth but they insisted I have them removed. I asked what my cost would be out of pocket with my specific insurance and the quote was more than I was willing to pay and I told them I would not have the surgery. They called me later and said they were wrong about the original estimate and they'd talked to my insurance company my costs would be much lower. I agreed to have the surgery only after paying the fee in full upfront. After the surgery, I got a call from a collection agency saying I owed them more money! They tricked me into having a surgery that was not necessary only to line their pockets! They never extended credit to me nor did I accept any.
