They make an extra effort to get to know their patients and find out what they need. They always remember me and make me feel very important. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are quite comfortable. Its nice that they care about patient comfort.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. They were one of the kindest, most caring staff I've ever dealt with. It didn't matter how many times I called with a question or concern, they were always happy to help me. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. They had quite a few interesting magazines, which made my time in the waiting room go by much faster.
