Yes, they said I was overreacting, and I knew I wasn't

Definitely not. It was way too cold

They weren't very understanding or caring, and they didn't show empathy for my situation. I could tell I wasn't their primary concern. They had other patients in they office they were trying ti juggle. I had to wait for some time. There was lots of available parking at their office. I was glad that I didn't have to drive around looking for . Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. I was given a brief greeting when I walked through the door. I would not recommend this dental office. My tooth still hurts on and off. I would ask for the bill before you leave and ensure it is paid, if not and you personally never receive a bill for it and have no idea that it was due; they don't hesitate to turn you over to collection.

Yes! I was able to choose between watching TV or reading a magazine

They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. Their staff is very friendly and professional. I was very satisfied with my visit. They were helpful and I left feeling encouraged. The office was very clean and the staff was very professional. I had a very pleasant experience and would definitely recommend Village Dental to my friends and family
