Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. They definitely promised me a few things that they weren't able to fulfill. Most of what they said was accurate, but not all. It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule. However, I don't think they were very well-trained. They didn't know what they were doing at all.
