He/she would never do that! Their full attention is always on me.

Absolutely! They gave me my invoice before I had even asked for one

Yes, they lasted as long as they were supposed to

Dr Arnold and his office staff are some of the nicest people I've met. I went to get a tooth pulled and I was absolutely terrified! They ladies talked and stayed with me until it was time for the surgery calming me down. Dr Arnold was as gentle as he could be it was painless and over in a matter of minutes!

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I was so impressed with the progress I was able to make after visiting them. All my questions were answered, and I feel a lot more confident and hopeful about the future. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. I will absolutely return. I had an amazing experience, and they were by far the best I've ever seen. I had bad experiences with dentists so I was very nervous when first arriving, but the staff as well as Dr.Arnold made me feel extremely comfortable about being there. I had to get a tooth extracted and did not even know that it was out, he was so gentle with pulling it. I will choose him from now on. He is a wonderful dentist with wonderful staff!

Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for

No, they were ready for me right after I arrived.
Did this dentist allow you to regularly rinse your mouth during your procedure?
Absolutely, I was able to rinse every few minutes

They were absolutely amazing and make others in the same field look like beginners. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately.
