They paid close attention to me and all of my questions were answered. The Dentist himself was not friendly and did not believe me when he asked me questions such as "do you drink soda " I told him no, and he went on saying how soda and sugary foods can do this and that. "I went on to tell him that I do not eat sweets but on occasion. He was just a jerk to me . I am a Nurse and he was not at all professional.
However the hygienist and other staff was very nice and professional. This is on more than one occasion. I did ask if I can change Dentist because i like everything else about the office and the proximtiy to my home but i was told i could not so I not be going back their anymore.

The Dentist and the Hygienist are very good and do an excellent job on your teeth. Be cautious regarding payment and using insurance. They are unaware of the insurance they except and refuse to offer assistance when questioned. I have overpaid my bill due to the lack of knowledge in this office. I have yet to receive a refund or an apology. I was forced to file a complaint through my insurance company.

The Doctors at this location are professional and caring. As for the office manager and the billing specialist, I am not able to decifer which of the two is more sarcastic or rude. Neither one of them is professional when it comes to dealing with customers and their billing concerns, especially over the phone. I think that every customer should be treated with respect and courtesy especially when it comes to dealing with financial questions a customer may have.
