This dentist's office is billing me for work I did not authorize and threatening to turn me over to collections. Three times I told them I only wanted work covered by my insurance. Instead, they did work not covered by insurance, despite being told not to do so, and now are attempting to collect on it. I have no problem with the dentist but with his office for allowing work I did not authorize.
