They could work on improving their level of customer service here. It wasn't the worst that I have seen, but overall I left unimpressed. I spent too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner since I had the first appointment of the day. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their billing is awful. I repeatedly receive statements even after paying my "final bill" in May. Also, the hygienist told the dentist that I had a "dead tooth." The dentist disagreed at first but after the hygienist insisted, they performed a test and found that indeed my tooth was dead. They asked me to return for a root canal. I did and the doctor could not complete it. They referred me to a specialist at their other office in Kennesaw and he couldn't either. I ended up having to come back and having the tooth pulled. They BROKE my denture appliance when I came in to have it inserted. What a disaster! I'm absolutely positive that I would have gotten better service somewhere else. Oh, and I just received yet another "final bill." It's August.

They pressure you to get more frequent cleanings when you don't need them. The dentist is very good and the cleanings are fine. Billing is questionable. The company 'system' appears to require their employees to push for more services. Those have been our impressions. Wish we could have the dentist and hygienists without the Great Expressions influence.

They told me I had severe gum disease when no other dentist has ever told me I had any issues and informed me I will no longer qualify for the regular cleanings. They said my cleanings per year are going to cost upwards of $800 AFTER insurance?! I am getting a second opinion...

High pressure. Did work that my insurance company said was unnecessary and not appropriate - not meeting broadly accepted national standards of dental practice. charged for x-ray copies to be sent to my new dentist. Unhelpful, unprofessional, poor service and billing that appears to border on fraudulent. Stay clear - avoid at all costs.
