The restrooms were well-stocked at this provider's office. They always have toilet seat covers, paper towels and toilet paper and never run out. They've answered a couple of my questions over the phone, but most of the time I have to schedule an appointment. I did not feel safe with them at all. I was scared that something was going to go wrong. I felt they were cold and not friendly enough for my liking. I didn't feel welcome. Every time I visit, I have to remind them why I'm visiting them. It makes me feel like they don't care about me.
