Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. It was very noticeable that they practiced good oral hygiene themselves. If it wasn't obvious I probably would've doubted that they were any good, but I could tell right away. I was relieved that my gums didn't bleed very much after my appointment. I've been to other dentists that weren't gentle while they were flossing my teeth so I was nervous I would encounter that here but I didn't at all. I appreciated that they were still concerned about my health even after I left the office. They followed up with me after my appointment and everything.

They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. Every time I'm put on hold here I have to wait quite a while for them to get back to the call. Although I have had to wait longer at other places, I was still pretty unimpressed with their phone etiquette. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members.

The dentist and staff were so friendly and accommodating. I have never felt more welcome at a dental appointment! They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. All the equipment at this office is state-of-the-art. I feel very safe here because I know it's safe and current. It's always bugged me when other dentists' I've visited didn't take the time to really examine my teeth. I didn't encounter that here at all, they made an extra effort to inspect my teeth very thoroughly. They had a couple of interesting magazines, but their selection wasn't very impressive.
