They are fully staffed but I have always had to wait about an hour sometimes longer. They tell you one price when making an appointment then raise the cost when you are there for the appointment. The doctor makes you wait a very long time after a cleaning, wire change, to inspect and spend 3 minutes with you. The prices for orthodontics are double what most quote, I found this out after I had agreed to the package. I have been going for 2 years because I can't find another dentist to treat already placed braces by this dentist. Can't wait until we are done and never have to go back!

They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
They don't even keep track of when you come back for a filling or a cleaning, you just have to remmeber yourself!

Not at all. Every time I go in they recommend an expensive procedure I don't need
