They are always prepared for my appointment and remember everything about me. I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Their office was clean enough, nothing special though. The wait was absolutely ridiculous. It messed up my entire day. They needed to pay a little more attention to detail, to make sure they didn't make any mistakes. I could tell their entire attention wasn't focused on me. I HAVE NOW FOUND OUT THAT THE OFFICE WAS RAIDED BY THE IRS AND SHUT DOWN NOW MY QUESTION SI WHERES MY $$$$ THEY TOOK FROM ME?

I do not know why they did not notify their clients of the closing by US mail or a telephone call. I have been using this dental office since Dr. Huq was there. I'm surprised when I called for my six month cleaning that the number was disconnected.Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They took the time to explain in detail plenty of techniques I could practice at home to prevent cavities and tooth decay. Everything they told me in the beginning ended up turning out exactly the way they said it would. They were able to provide me everything they promised me. I've never doubted their abilities.

I called to make an appointment Friday, I only owe $200 on a crown, I have a temporary crown in now, & my one they made is in, but when I called, the number is disconnected, & when I went by, the office was closed, & called again today, # is still not working, needless to say, I'm very upset, does anyone know what is going on with this company? The dentist that was doing my work was the guy, & I heard him say he worked out of another office too- anyone with any info or numbers for this company would greatly be appreciated, I feel I at least either need to get my work completed, or my $ back that I have already paid, not that I will,,,

I called this morning to reschedule my appointment. To my suprize the phone had been disconnected. They made no contact with me, to let me know they had moved or closed. Now i will have to find a new family dentist

Have been going to them for several years but lately admin office hard to reach to make appts. Wait time is forever. I have called left messages and no call back. I called 3x times in one day and all times went to voicemail.
I have been a longtime client but since Dr. Huq left office has gone downhill.
Sadly, I will be looking for another dental provider.

This facility has no respect for your time. I came here originally for a cleaning when I learned I had a few cavities, after the staff explained how urgent the cavities were and that I should see about it soon I told them I can get them filled that day. I was advised that I should be seen in an hour. After 2 hours of waiting I decided to leave and reschedule. Now I'm back on that rescheduled visit and I have been here for two hours, only to get to the back and have a doctor different from the week before tell me I do not have cavities that need to be filled and the other doctor does not know what she was talking about. Needless to say after this year I will not be back. It's very hard finding good service.

They either didn't read my information or didn't pay any attention to it. Even though they had my information right in front of them, I kept having to explain it to them and remind them why I was there. They didn't explain my dental procedure to me at all, even after I asked for an explanation. I was very nervous about having a procedure done that I didn't know anything about. I did not feel safe at all in their care. I definitely had doubts about their qualifications.
