Things come up that you have no control over and this dentist office doesn't care they will charge you 150 dollars if you have to reschedule your appointment. My appointment was at 8 am on Monday and the receptionist told me I had to have rescheduled by Friday however I didn't find out I had to come to work till Sunday which is the day they are closed and they didn't open till 8am Monday morning. I'm an assistant manager for goodwill so if someone doesn't show up is my job to cover them if needed. Worst dentist experience in my life. I wouldnt suggest going here if you actually have a life again they will charge you a 150 dollar reschedule fee. BEWARE.

I have been to them twice, and in the many years i have gotten my teeth cleaned it has never hurt and I have never bleed before. I saw Christie Prater for my cleaning and it seemed she wanted to cause me pain on top of being very rude (not personal). She was very very rough with me. I am pregnant and I know you can't do somethings while pregnant but they don't seem to care about that. My family also goes there and has had the same problem with her so they which to different lady. I am very disappointed with both experiences and will be switching.

Terrible service! First appointment was during the summer and the perfect time to complete the necessary work my son needed. We were turned away because the dentist didn't want to "rush" into doing the recommended work by our orthodontist, instead he convinced us to buy $50 worth of whitening products. When we were finally able to get an appoint (during a school day), we sat in the waiting room for a half an hour, only to be told that they did not know when the dentist could see my son, shrugged, and refused to speak to me about the inconvenience. Then told me that the required work could not be done in the allotted hour that they originally stated, so we had to leave to make it back to school. Major pain - do not bother with this dentist! I ended up making an appt. with someone else, who has a much better history of being timely and following through properly.

Abridged: RUN. NEVER GO HERE.

I went to an appointment (9:40am, but the female Dr. Edge was late!), and they finally saw me at 10:10. It was a 70 minute appointment that lasted until 12:30pm, because why? The dr. had NO IDEA what she was doing at all. The assistant (tall black woman) knew more than the dentist!
First of all, the dentist strongly encouraged me to use nitrous, acted like it was a free service, but she didn't tell me how much it cost, so I ended up having to foot the bill for it. The fillings were sloppy and my mouth pretty much was concreted together. I didn't want to complain to her, because I wanted to get the F out of there. She had to ask the assistant to work the tools for her (some band or something), because she had no idea. Then she says they should go ahead and put a filling on a different tooth (which they didn't report as needing a filling; guess xrays don't show everything, or rather, they will try to get every frickin' dime of you at your health's cost).
SHUT IT DOWN. Assistants are great; they should get their doctorates, because apparently, they already function as dentists here.
WILL *NEVER* COME BACK HERE. I am seriously scared about what they did to my mouth.

I will only continue to go to this office if I can see Dr Harding. After my cleaning, which was great, the male doctor came in and told me quickly I needed five fillings. Just six months ago I was fine! He didn't really explain why, just got up and rushed out of the room. I showed up on time for my appointment, only to wait a full hour before being told he was running over 90 minutes late! I rescheduled with Dr Harding. I showed up on time, was seated on time, and she explained that she could see why I needed two of the fillings, and she showed me that one had decay, and the other was to replace an old filling. But, she said she couldn't see any reason why the other three needed to be done. WHAT?? I was happy she was honest with me. The work was painless, she didn't even have to numb one of the teeth as it wasn't very deep decay! The other one was painless, too, even with a shot! I was finished early and on my way. She deserves 5 stars, but the male doctor deserves none. If she ever leaves that practice, so will I. Dr Harding was nice, polite, informative, efficient, and seemed to respect me and my time. The male doctor could learn a lot from her. And the front office needs to tell people up front about the running behind, not after an hour of waiting.
