They are completely committed to helping me as long as it takes to find the best solution. I never have to worry that they'll back out or give up if a solution isn't reached immediately, which has been a problem for me at other places. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. The chairs they had in the waiting room were pretty high quality. I thought they were nice and comfortable. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased. They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered.

Our family has had Dr. Kim Countryman as our primary care physician for close to 20 years. Kim is a wonderful physician and really cares for her patients. Yes, some of the reviews mention a long wait, but in my opinion, a doctor who takes the time and listens to me is well worth the wait. The office staff is very considerate and helpful. I have had to ask assistance in working out insurance claims and Dawn and Deb are always willing to provide what is necessary or make the phone call to help. If I call after hours and leave a message I always receive a prompt call back first thing in the morning. I can't say enough good things about this office.
