I was given a polite greeting when I enterered. They always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were always very considerate and professional. Dr. Kim Countryman and Barb Heck, ARNP of Country Clinic are both excellent practitioners. The only complaint that I have is long waits. The positive, however, is that they never rush you in and out. They take time with each patient.

They are an absolute expert in the field. I would never feel unsafe or apprehensive in their care. They always have an immediate answer for me when I call with a question. They would never try to get me to make an appointment unless I really needed one. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Not only do they never postpone my appointment, they always try to get me in as soon as possible. I love that I can always get an appointment right away, and I never have to worry about them rescheduling it.

They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I am always so impressed with how quickly my calls are answered here. I am never put on hold for a long time and love knowing that if I have a quick question I won't have to wait a half hour through terrible music to get it answered. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment.
