They've stayed open past their closing times many times when I've needed help. They've never turned me away when I've needed them. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. One of the first things I noticed about this business was how many different areas of the building were handicap-accessible. I have been to other places where I couldn't tell how someone in a wheelchair could even enter, but they really spent a lot of time to accommodate people with all different needs. I really admire them for being more than willing to ask for help from other professionals in the field when they don't have an answer to my question. They aren't even slightly arrogant, and I'm confident they always have my best interest at heart.

They were so kind and attentive to me. I didn't have to worry about them arguing with me, or contradicting what I had to say, which has been a problem for me at other places. I couldn't believe how knowledgeable and well-informed the staff was. They were able to answer all my questions, except the ones they needed to have their boss's input on. It was great to be able to talk to such a skilled staff. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment when they told me about what they learned at the latest conference they attended, and how they were incorporating that knowledge into the practice. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting. They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen. Putting their customers first is definitely a priority here and it shows.

Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. They are nice but WAY overbooked and the staff is clearly overworked. They should really allow for more time in between appointments if they want to keep any business. I've already told my friends and family about the fantastic experience I had there. They've never used foul language, which has bothered me at some of the other places I've been too. They always make an extra effort to be polite and courteous. Everyone in my community knows that they are the absolute best in the field.
